Subhrajyoti Dasgupta

Subhrajyoti Dasgupta has diverse work experience in the field of machine learning and artificial intelligence. Subhrajyoti is currently a Machine Learning Engineer at BIOS Health Ltd. Prior to that, they worked as a Graduate Student at Mila - Quebec Artificial Intelligence Institute. Subhrajyoti also served as a Visiting Researcher at the Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata, where they focused on audio-visual scene understanding and multi-modal learning. Subhrajyoti's research work in this role resulted in publications at top-tier computer vision conferences. Subhrajyoti also gained experience as a Data Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services and as a Deep Learning Project Trainee at Bhabha Atomic Research Centre. Additionally, Subhrajyoti led the tech team and served as the lead web designer for Amiphoria - Amity University, Kolkata's annual cultural fest.

Subhrajyoti Dasgupta completed their Senior Secondary School education at Don Bosco School, Bandel from 2008 to 2016, with a focus on the Science stream. Subhrajyoti then pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Amity University Kolkata, graduating from 2016 to 2020.

Subhrajyoti continued their education by obtaining various certifications. In 2018, they completed the "Intro to Python for Data Science Course" from DataCamp and the "Introduction to Data Science using Python" course from the University of Michigan. In 2019, they obtained certifications in "Neural Networks and Deep Learning," "Convolutional Neural Networks," and "Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization" from deeplearning.ai. Subhrajyoti also completed "What is Deep Learning?" from Amazon Web Services.

Currently, Subhrajyoti is pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science (Machine Learning) at Université de Montréal from 2022 to 2024. Simultaneously, they are also pursuing a Master's degree in Machine Learning from Mila - Quebec Artificial Intelligence Institute from 2022 to 2024.
