Michael Philpott

Michael Philpott has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michael is currently the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Blue Ridge Power since March 2022. Prior to joining Fluor, Michael worked at Synthes as an Associate Sales Consultant, providing sales support and improving customer service. Michael began their career in the US Army as an Infantry Officer, serving as a Captain from June 2001 to October 2006.

Michael Philpott completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Clemson University between 2010 and 2012.
