Aaron Arnoldy

Aaron Arnoldy has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Aaron currently serves as the COO at BlueMark. Prior to this, they held the position of COO and Senior Director at Tideline. Aaron also worked as a Director at Tideline from 2014 to 2019. Aaron has also worked as a Strategic Advisor for NEXSO at Inter-American Development Bank and as an Economic Development Consultant at The World Bank. Aaron co-founded Encite Capital, where they served as the COO. Additionally, they worked as a Summer Associate at Ashoka. Aaron began their career as a Programs Coordinator at Fundación Tropicalia and later served as a Community Economic Development Volunteer at Peace Corps. Aaron started their professional journey as a Team Leader and Corps Member at AmeriCorps, where they implemented community service projects in disaster relief, education, and conservation.

Aaron Arnoldy attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Banking. Later, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued their Master in Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School. During this time, their coursework included subjects such as VC / PE, business at the base of the pyramid, impact investing, management, among others.
