Rebecca Gibson

Rebecca Gibson has had a diverse and successful career in the field of executive search and talent management. Rebecca currently serves as the People Director at Board Intelligence, a position they have held since December 2022. Prior to this, Rebecca held the role of Talent Director at the same company from September 2020 to January 2023.

Before joining Board Intelligence, Rebecca founded SEARCHLAB (previously GESS Ltd) in 2012 and served as the Director. SEARCHLAB is a talent search and development firm that offers bespoke executive search solutions to a wide range of clients. Rebecca successfully led the company until September 2020.

Rebecca's experience also includes working at Heidrick & Struggles as an Associate/Senior Associate from April 2010 to April 2012. During their time there, they conducted executive searches for supply chain and procurement roles and provided leadership consulting services.

Rebecca began their career as a Researcher at Odgers Berndtson in February 2007 and worked there until April 2010. Rebecca also gained valuable experience through an internship at IBM from July 2000 to June 2001. Overall, their career has spanned various roles in the executive search and talent management industry, showcasing their expertise and dedication in helping organizations find top talent.

Rebecca Gibson obtained a Master's Degree from the University of Glasgow between the years 2001 and 2006. Rebecca also holds certifications as a Hogan Certified Practitioner from Hogan Assessment Systems (obtained in 2019), a Saville Certified Practitioner from Saville Assessment, a Willis Towers Watson Company (obtained in 2011), and an SHL Certified Practitioner from SHL (obtained in 2003).
