Shaun Glassman

Shaun Glassman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Shaun is currently the Director of Strategy & Operations at Boats Group. Before this, they founded Capacity Tap, the largest US platform connecting contract manufacturers of craft beverages with beverage creators. Prior to that, Shaun served as the Senior Manager of Pricing and Packaging Strategy at CarGurus and as a Senior Data Product Manager at Civis Analytics. Shaun also worked as a Strategy Director at UI LABS and as an Associate at True North Venture Partners, where they managed a $300M fund for investments in energy, water, waste, and agriculture industries. Shaun started their career as a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, advising Fortune 500 executives on strategic priorities across various industries. Shaun also has experience as an Associate and Research Analyst at LECG.

Shaun Glassman completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Shaun attended this school from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, Shaun earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Quantitative Economics from Tufts University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006.

In terms of additional certifications, Shaun obtained a Full Stack Web Developer Nanodegree from Udacity in July 2021.
