Jang S. Kim

Jang S. Kim has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They most recently worked at Bohler as a Sourcing Lead in Talent Acquisition. Prior to that, they worked at Meta as a Sr. Technical Sourcer in AR/VR+ SWE for a year and two months. In 2021, Jang served as an Advisory Council Member for the Customer Experience program at The George Washington University School of Business.

Before that, Jang held multiple roles at Capital One, including Senior Diversity Sourcing Recruiter, Senior Technology Recruiter in Emerging Technology, R&D/Mobile, and Capital One Labs. They also worked at American Institutes for Research as a Senior Corporate Recruiting Specialist, JPMorgan Chase as a Senior Technology Recruiter in Talent Acquisition, The Judge Group as a Senior Technical Recruiter, and Alltech International as a Technical Recruiting Manager.

Jang began their career at Parature as a Media Communications Specialist, where they played a key role in creating a public relations strategy for a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider. Their efforts contributed to the company's eventual acquisition by Microsoft. Prior to that, they worked at the American Cancer Society as an Income Development/Communications Manager, organizing large-scale fundraising events and participating in business planning processes.
