Christine Snow

Christine Snow has extensive work experience in customer success and account management roles. Christine is currently the Head of Global Account Management at Bolt, where they lead a high-performing team, develops strategic playbooks, and drives revenue growth through expansions and renewals. Previously, they served as the Director of Strategic Customer Success at Bolt.

Before joining Bolt, Christine worked at Blackhawk Network as a Senior Manager of Client Relations for four years. During their time there, they partnered with executive teams to support revenue growth and contract renewals, improved operations, and implemented a new account management strategy.

Prior to Blackhawk Network, Christine was a Senior Client Relations Manager at CashStar, where they played a key role in growing the gift card business for key accounts. Christine also worked as a Client Services Manager at CashStar.

Christine also has experience at Staples, where they held various roles in gift card and partnership marketing, including Marketing Program Manager, Gift Cards and Partnership Marketing. Christine successfully expanded the Staples Gift Card Program, launched a new Partnership & Affiliate Marketing program, and served on a Steering Committee for the company's transformation into an omni-channel business.

Before entering the corporate world, Christine worked in alumni relations at Nichols College.
