Miguel Huertas is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Director of Special Projects at VFILES since February 2024, and as the Director of Talent & DEI at BOND Creative MGMT & BCAP since November 2021. With extensive experience in management consulting and executive search, Miguel has worked with high-profile clients including LVMH, Chanel, and Apple. Additionally, Miguel holds the position of Director at The Bond Creative Advancement Project, focusing on empowering underrepresented students in the design industry through scholarships and mentorship. Past roles include project management for Gap and Yeezy Gap, digital library management at Complex Networks, and consulting at notable firms such as Oscar de la Renta and 3.1 Phillip Lim. Miguel Huertas earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management with a focus on Luxury Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business and graduated from The Brooklyn Latin School with an International Baccalaureate degree.
