Wendy Ripley

Wendy Ripley has extensive experience in technical design and product development. Wendy most recently served as the Director of Technical Design at Boot Barn since October 2021. Prior to that, they held the same position at Sherpa Adventure Gear, First Tactical, Noble Outfitters, and Noble Equestrian for Innov8 Partners from August 2019 to October 2021. Wendy also has experience at 5.11 Tactical, where they served as the Director of Technical Design and Product Development from May 2012 to November 2018, and as the Director of Technical Design from June 2009 to May 2012. Before that, they worked as the Director Technical Design at Lane Bryant from November 2005 to March 2009. Wendy began their career as a Manager Technical Design at Abercrombie & Fitch from July 2003 to November 2005, and as a Senior Technical Designer at Kmart from February 1996 to June 2003.

Wendy Ripley holds a B.S. degree in Merchandising Management from Michigan State University.
