Nick Smith

Nick Smith has over 15 years of experience in procurement and management roles in the restaurant industry. Nick most recently served as the Commercial Director at Boparan Restaurant Group, overseeing procurement for multiple brands and locations. Prior to that, they spent a decade as the Purchasing Director at The Restaurant Group plc, where they were responsible for growing the company and delivering cost savings. Nick also has experience as the Development Director at Little Chef and as the Category Manager at Wild Bean Cafe.

Nick Smith completed their bachelor's degree in Catering and Food Management at The University of Huddersfield from 1995 to 1999, earning a first-class degree.
