Noel Springall

Noel Springall has an extensive work experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles in different companies. Noel currently works at Border Express Pty Ltd as the Chief People & Capability Officer. Before that, they worked at Australia Post as the Head of Human Resources in the Chief Operating Office. Prior to that, they were the Head of Human Resources - Performance and Planning at StarTrack. Noel also has experience as a Regional Human Resources Manager at Serco. Noel has a strong background in human resources management, with experience in recruitment, talent development, employee relations, industrial relations, and policy implementation. Noel has worked in various industries including logistics, manufacturing, and engineering.

Noel Springall obtained a B. App. Sc. degree in Environmental Health from Western Sydney University from 1989 to 1993. From 1996 to 1998, they pursued a Grad. Dip. in Management at Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM). In 1999, they completed a Grad. Cert. in Safety Science at UNSW. Later, from 2001 to 2003, they attended the University of Sydney and obtained a Master's degree in Labour Law & Relations with a specialization in Human Resources. Some additional certifications include Mercer IPE Job Evaluation from Mercer, and MBTI Accreditation and Lifestyle Inventory (LSI) from CPP, Inc. and Human Synergistics Australia, respectively.
