Ellen Jansma

Ellen Jansma has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ellen is currently the Human Resources Director at Bosal, an automotive manufacturer, where their focus is on building a strong and engaged workforce. Prior to this, they worked at ING as the Global Head of International Mobility, leading the adjustment of the delivery model for back-office activities. Ellen also had interim roles as an HR Manager at Booking.com and a Global Head of International Mobility at Philips. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Global Mobility Manager at Heineken International, the Human Resources Director at Bull Nederland N.V., and the Human Resources Manager at Beijer Adviesgroep B.V. Ellen began their career as a Human Resources Advisor at IBM, where they played a key role in coordinating international assignments and executing a reorganization.

Ellen Jansma pursued their education with a focus on business and human resources development. Ellen began their educational journey in 1990 at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. After gaining practical experience, they continued their studies at various prestigious institutions. In 2010, Ellen attended the Nyenrode Business University, completing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a concentration in executive education. Additionally, they pursued specialized courses in Human Resources Development at notable institutions including Harvard Business School in 2012, London Business School in 2011, and IMD in 2010. These diverse educational experiences equip Ellen with a comprehensive understanding of business management and expertise in human resources development.
