Louise Kühns

Louise Kühns has diverse work experience in various companies. Louise is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at Bots & People since December 2022. Previously, they worked as a Program Manager at Bots & People from July 2021 to December 2022 and as a Robotic Process Automation Consultant from June 2020 to June 2021. Louise also had a role as a Research Assistant at Institut Neue Märkte from January 2021 to July 2021. In addition, they worked at Beiersdorf as part of the Global Brands Controlling team from February 2020 to July 2020, where they were involved in various financial analysis and reporting tasks. Prior to that, they had a brief experience as an Export Business Development professional at Champagne Taittinger in 2018. Lastly, they worked at Gebr. Heinemann as both a Master Data Management specialist from January 2017 to July 2017 and a Foreign Trade & Wholesale professional from August 2014 to January 2017. Their earliest recorded work experience was as an Office Administrative Assistant at Ed. Züblin AG from March 2014 to July 2014.

Louise Kühns has a Master of Science (MS) degree in International Strategic Management from Lund University School of Economics and Management, which they obtained from 2021 to 2022. Prior to their master's degree, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in International Management Double Degree (IMX) at ESB Business School, Reutlingen University, from 2019 to 2021. From 2017 to 2019, they studied at NEOMA Business School and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Diplôme D'Etudes Supérieures Européennes De Management. In 2019, they also pursued Italian Language Studies at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna. Currently, Louise Kühns is pursuing additional studies in Business Administration and Management, General at IÉSEG School of Management.

In terms of certifications, Louise Kühns achieved a 990 Score TOEIC certification from ETS Global B.V. in April 2018. Louise also holds a Cambridge Business English C2 certification from Eurocentres Language Schools, obtained in February 2014, and a DELF Francais B2 certification from ILA - INSTITUT LINGUISTIQUE ADENET, obtained in August 2013.
