Celeste Joy Linsangan has a diverse work experience in the financial services industry. Celeste Joy started their career as a Marketing Assistant at Citi in 1998. Celeste Joy then moved on to roles at Insular Life Assurance Co., Ltd., AXA Philippines, Sun Life Financial, and BPI-Philam Life Assurance Corp., where they held various roles such as Market Development Specialist, Customer Strategy and Research Manager, Product Research and Communications Specialist, Head of Customer Experience, and Head of Partnership Customer Marketing. In 2021, they became the Head of Customer Experience at AIA Philippines.

Celeste Joy Linsangan obtained a BA in Broadcast Communication from the University of the Philippines in 1998.
