Swati Buddhavarapu Ph.D. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Swati currently holds the position of VP, Talent, Organizational Development, and Change Management at Bright Horizons, a role they started in June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Brown Brothers Harriman as the Vice President of Talent Management & Development from April 2017 to July 2021. Additionally, Swati has obtained additional certifications including the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate from Coursera and the Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci.
