Swati Buddhavarapu

Swati Buddhavarapu Ph.D. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Swati currently holds the position of VP, Talent, Organizational Development, and Change Management at Bright Horizons, a role they started in June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Brown Brothers Harriman as the Vice President of Talent Management & Development from April 2017 to July 2021. Swati also has experience at Manulife, where they served as the Practice Lead of Global Talent Management and later as the Director of Global Talent Management from November 2013 to March 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Manager of Selection & Assessment at CSX Transportation from October 2011 to November 2013 and as a Talent Management Consultant at a Management Consulting firm from July 2008 to September 2011. Swati's earlier roles include being an Organizational Consultant at Right Management from July 2006 to July 2008, a Part-time Consultant at Wayne State University from August 2004 to August 2007, and a Part-time Consultant at Psych Assets from August 2004 to June 2006. Swati started their career as an intern at Computer Sciences Corporation in 2004. In 2022, Swati also became a Founding Member of nFormation.

Swati Buddhavarapu Ph.D. holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Wayne State University. Swati also has a B.A. and M.Sc. degree in Psychology from Bangalore University and a BA degree in Psychology, Sociology, and English from Jyoti Nivas College. Additionally, Swati has obtained additional certifications including the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate from Coursera and the Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci.
