Daniel Molina has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Daniel started their career at Transmisiones de Potencia Emerson S.A. de C.V. as a Maintenance Engineer, where they were responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as managing the workshop and maintenance system. Daniel then joined Hitachi GST as an Equipment and Process Engineer, focusing on maintenance programs and equipment capacity studies.
With a move to Zoltek de Mexico, Daniel took on the role of Corporate Project Engineer, leading projects from layout design to specification determination. Daniel also collaborated with international teams and developed project goals and management plans.
At Flex, they continued their work as an Automation Program Manager, ensuring project functionality and return on investment within established timelines. Daniel managed project budgets, schedules, and coordinated activities to resolve issues.
Most recently, Daniel joined Bright Machines as an Automation Program Manager, where they continued to develop processes and project feasibility. Daniel was responsible for project management and communication plans, risk management, and vendor selection.
Throughout their career, Daniel has demonstrated expertise in project management, process development, and coordination with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Daniel Molina earned a Diploma in Project Management from ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara in 2014. Prior to that, they completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering (Ingeniería mecánica) from Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Guzmán from 1996 to 2000.
