Fatima Patterson LMT, SPHR

Fatima Roberts LMT, SPHR has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 1998, they worked as a Team Lead for Choice Administrators. In 1999, they joined WageWorks as a Manager of Training in the Learning and Development department, where they stayed until 2017. During this time, they also held roles as an Instructional Designer/Trainer and a Client Services/Implementation Manager. From 2004 to 2008, they worked as a Call Center Manager for CONEXIS, where they managed a high-volume inbound call center. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Call Center Supervisor for the COBRA department. In 2019, they joined HealthEquity as a Manager in Learning and Leadership Development, responsible for designing and executing leadership development programs across the organization. In 2021, they worked as a Performance Development and Learning Manager for Everly Health. Fatima then moved on to Natural Healing Handz, where they served as the Owner in 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Director of People Development and DEIB at Brightline, and they will be transitioning to the role of Senior People Development and DEIB Director in 2023.

Fatima Roberts LMT, SPHR holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix, which they completed from 2003 to 2007. Fatima also has an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Santa Ana College, which they earned from 2000 to 2003. In 2017, Fatima obtained a massage therapy certification from Tarrant County College.

In addition to their formal education, Fatima has obtained several additional certifications. Fatima earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in September 2020. Fatima is also a licensed massage therapist, having obtained their license from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation in January 2018. Furthermore, they have obtained various other certifications related to leadership, diversity and inclusion in HR, and learning and development from institutions such as LifeLabs Learning, HRCI, and Nomadic Academy. Fatima'smost recent certifications include LifeLabs Learning L&D Pro and Certificate in Leadership, which they obtained in May 2023 and February 2023, respectively.
