E. Kwame Obeng

E. Kwame Obeng currently serves as Vice President and Head of Global Regulatory Sciences, CMC at Bristol Myers Squibb since April 2022, while also acting as Founder and President of the Board of Trustees for Rural Communities Development International, Inc since October 2020. With extensive experience in regulatory affairs, E. Kwame Obeng has held key positions at Bausch Health Companies Inc., including Executive Director of Regulatory Affairs - CMC and Vice President, with responsibilities spanning the U.S. and EU markets. Prior roles include Director positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb and Schering-Plough Company, focusing on CMC regulatory strategies, submissions, and compliance. E. Kwame Obeng has also contributed to academia as an adjunct professor and part-time lecturer in pharmaceutical regulatory affairs, and holds advanced degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, The University of Georgia, and Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
