Amy Phipps

Amy Phipps is a Senior Policy Manager at BC Liquor Distribution Branch since August 2022. Prior to this, Amy worked as a Senior Policy Analyst at Regional and Rural Development in the Ministry of Jobs, Economic Recovery and Innovation. With a background in public administration and international business, Amy has experience as a Policy Analyst in various government departments and as an Employment Specialist at Garth Homer Society. Amy holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business.
