Sumit Banga

Sumit Banga has a diverse work experience spanning across different companies. Sumit started their career as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Serco in May 2014 and worked there until November 2015. Sumit then joined Accenture as a Senior Customer Support Representative in January 2016 and stayed there until March 2017. After that, they joined BrowserStack in March 2017 as a Billing & Accounts Specialist, where they assisted customers with billing queries and worked on implementing website features and automation. In November 2018, Sumit was promoted to the role of Senior Deals Desk Associate at BrowserStack and was responsible for generating and managing approval of contracts for the Direct Sales team. In 2021, they were appointed as a Team Lead - SalesOps at BrowserStack, where they oversee the Sales Operations team. Sumit's work experience demonstrates their expertise in customer service, billing, and sales operations.

Sumit Banga attended Ranchi University from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in History.
