Sapna Chandna

Sapna Chandna has an extensive background in operations management, with experience in various companies such as BT, Omniglobe International, Rico Auto Industries Ltd, Colwell & Salmon, and Minerva Telelinks. In their current role as Director Operations at BT, Sapna has successfully set up customer service operations for BT Consumer and BT Business, growing the business to a significant size. As the Chief Operating Officer at Omniglobe International, Sapna is responsible for operations management of delivery centers in India and the Philippines, along with revenue and profitability of all existing businesses. Sapna has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University and a background in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Pusa, New Delhi.
