Syed Umair

Syed Umair has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Syed started their career as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Nextgen Technologies Inc in 2015, where they were responsible for developing job descriptions, analyzing job requirements, and posting jobs on various platforms. Syed then joined Nisum in 2017 as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they handled the entire recruiting process for fortune 500 clients, including sourcing, qualifying, arranging interviews, and negotiating contracts. Syed worked with companies such as Intel, Walmart, Yahoo, and Gap during their time at Nisum. In 2020, Umair joined BCforward as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and later became the Recruiting Team Lead. In their current role, they manage a team, assigns roles, provides training and support, and ensures a positive team atmosphere. Overall, Umair has a strong background in talent acquisition, with proficiency in sourcing candidates, managing the recruitment process, and building relationships with clients.

Syed Umair completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree from Osmania University in 2018. Prior to that, they attended Royal Jr College from 2012 to 2014. Their secondary education was completed at Janapriya Techno Schools, where they obtained a High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates.
