Shashi Madishetty

Shashi Madishetty has extensive experience in recruiting and team management. They started their career at KRPO as a Technical Recruiter and then moved on to work as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at Axius Technologies Inc. They later joined SPAR Information Systems LLC as a Technical Recruiter. In 2018, Shashi became a Sr. Technical Recruiter at IDC Technologies, Inc. and also took on the role of Assistant Team Lead at BCforward, where they trained and mentored new hires. They then became a Team Lead at TekWissen ®, where they spearheaded communication with the offshore recruitment team. Currently, they are working as a Recruiting Team Lead at BCforward, where they manage a team of 10 recruiters and collaborate with the Account Relationship Manager to achieve goals. Overall, Shashi has gained expertise in recruitment, team management, and collaboration.
