Ben Caggia

Ben Caggia is the Head of Talent Acquisition at Buf. Prior to joining Buf, Ben was the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Unqork, where they were employee #40. Ben rapidly scaled Unqork to a $2B+ valuation and 625 global employees. Prior to Unqork, Ben was a Senior Engineering Recruiter at Foursquare, where they placed engineers of all levels in the alternative investment, finance, and startup spaces. Ben has also worked as a Technical Recruiter at Shutterstock and as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Managed by Q.

Ben Caggia attended Pennsbury High School and then Lehigh University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Neuroscience.
