Eric Behan

Eric Behan possesses extensive experience in both sports operations and legal fields. Currently serving as Assistant to the Head Coach for the Buffalo Bills since July 2021, Eric has also held various roles within football operations during this tenure. Prior to joining the NFL, Eric worked as a Judicial Law Clerk at Waukesha County Courthouse, supporting multiple judges. Eric's background includes internships with the Jacksonville Jaguars and San Francisco 49ers, along with experience as Head Equipment Manager for baseball at Michigan State University. Eric earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Marquette University Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Information from Michigan State University.
