Mary Jane Fegan

Mary Jane Fegan is a Senior Associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department at ByrneWallace LLP, bringing extensive expertise in commercial litigation, insurance, and regulatory law. Previously, MaryJane held roles as an Associate Solicitor at Crowley Millar Solicitors LLP, where expertise in insurance law and debt recovery was developed, and at Herbert Smith Freehills and King & Wood Mallesons, providing litigation support as a paralegal. As a co-organiser of Startup Weekend Santiago 2014, Mary Jane facilitated a platform for entrepreneurial collaboration. Educational qualifications include a Professional Diploma in Insurance from the Insurance Institute of Ireland, an LL.B from the Law Society of Ireland, and a B.A. LL.B. from NUI Galway.
