Bridseida Cruz

Bridseida Cruz has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles related to Quality Assurance and Quality Control. Bridseida has worked as the Director of Quality at CAPS®, overseeing all quality operations and leading frontline personnel in sterile compounding operations. Prior to this, they served as the Associate Director of Manufacturing Operations at QuVa Pharma, where they managed the preparation and compounding of sterile drug products. Bridseida has also held the position of Site Quality Head at Abbott, responsible for managing the site's quality operations. Bridseida has experience in medical device manufacturing as well, having worked as the Site Quality Assurance Head and Director of Quality at B. Braun Medical. In addition, they have held quality management positions at LifeCell and St. Jude Medical, where they focused on implementing and maintaining quality systems. Bridseida began their career as a Senior Quality Engineer at CooperVision, where they provided quality engineering support to various projects. Bridseida Cruz has demonstrated expertise in leading quality teams, implementing quality strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Bridseida Cruz holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Cedar Crest College, which they obtained between 2017 and 2019. Additionally, they have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez. Bridseida Cruz also has several certifications, including Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Tissue Bank Specialist, Manufacturing Leadership Institute (MLI), Six Sigma Champion, and Six Sigma Green Belt.
