Jo Ann Morelli

Jo Ann Morelli is a highly experienced HR professional with a career spanning over 25 years. Jo Ann currently serves as the Chief Human Resource Officer at Cabinetworks Group, the second-largest cabinetry manufacturer in America. Previously, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at SmithFoods, Inc. In their previous roles at Essilor, they served as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources for their global Sun & Readers division and as the Director of Human Resources and EH&S for North & South America Operations. Earlier in their career, Jo Ann worked at Ford Motor Company as a Manager of Human Resources and at Lefebure as the Vice President of Human Resources. Jo Ann has a track record of successfully leading HR functions across various industries and has extensive experience in organizational transformation and employee engagement.
