Allison Minnick

Allison Minnick serves as a Psychiatric Technician at Equitas Health, bridging the gap between primary care and mental health. Prior to this role, Allison worked as a Community and Program Coordinator at Camp Joy, providing summer camp experiences to high-need children. As a Social Work Intern at Ohio Hospital for Psychiatry, Allison gained valuable experience leading psychoeducational groups and conducting assessments. In addition, Allison has held positions at The Ohio State University, including Residence Hall Office Assistant and Resident Advisor. Allison is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work degree at the University of Kentucky with a focus on Clinical Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders.
