Ariana Mercado

Ariana Mercado has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Ariana began their career in 2006 as an Assistant in the Communication Programs Division at the California Department of Motor Vehicles. Ariana later transitioned to the role of Website Services at the same organization in 2008. In 2012, Ariana joined Esurance as a Sales Agent and subsequently held various positions including Auto Product Underwriter, Associate Underwriter, Underwriter, and Product Business Analyst until 2020. Currently, Ariana is with Capital Insurance Group, where they started in 2020 as a Sr. Business Solutions Analyst, and now functions as the Team Lead in that role.

Ariana Mercado has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences from California State University-Sacramento.
