Throughout their career, Delphine has demonstrated expertise in driving customer growth, transforming customer experiences, implementing automated CRM solutions, leveraging analytics and big data, and executing global business strategies.

Delphine Guesnon attended Harvard University in 2019, where they completed a program in FinTech focused on blockchain, crowdfunding, and payment systems. In 2010, they also obtained a green belt certification in Lean Six Sigma. In 2002, they attended Capgemini University and received training in Project and People Management. Delphine'seducation history includes a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Sciences from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, which they obtained between 1994 and 2000.
