Daniel Evers

Daniel Evers has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Daniel is currently working as a Principal Software Architect at care.ai since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal Software Engineer at SightPlan from March 2020 to May 2021.

From May 2019 to March 2020, Daniel served as the Vice President of Engineering at Sighthound, Inc. Daniel was responsible for maintaining Android and iOS apps, developing computer vision APIs, and improving the accuracy and speed of computer vision AI on various hardware platforms.

Before that, they worked as an Engineering Lead at Aspect Software from March 2014 to November 2014. Daniel also held the position of Principal Engineer at Voxeo, an Aspect company, from February 2009 to March 2014. At Voxeo, they led webRTC and mobile device development projects.

Daniel's experience also includes working as a Principal Engineer at Yahoo! from November 2004 to February 2009. Daniel worked on Yahoo music and toolbar products, utilizing various programming languages and technologies.

Daniel started their career as a Director of Engineering at Moxie Technologies from August 1996 to April 2000. Additionally, they worked as a contractor at Adaptec from 1997 to 2000 and as a Software Engineer at Digi International from January 1996 to August 1996.

From 1986 to 1990, Daniel Evers attended The Ohio State University. Daniel graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering.
