The Operations Team at CareFirst is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the company's core technological services, information security, business processes, strategic sourcing, and procurement. This team oversees the seamless delivery of IT operations, quality and delivery excellence, provider relations and engagement, and continuous improvement of digital products. By managing these critical areas, they support CareFirst's mission to offer wide-ranging medical, dental, and vision insurance in Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia.
