Michael Tintiuc, MD MBA has extensive experience in global business development and licensing within the pharmaceutical industry. Additionally, they successfully in-licensed multiple cell lines from US institutions and out-licensed them to pharmaceutical companies worldwide.

As the Director of Business Development at Lumavita AG (Pharmaceutical), Dr. Tintiuc actively engaged in global licensing, business development, and M&A activities in various regions, including North and Latin America, Europe, and Asia. Michael signed licensing agreements for over 120 countries and managed alliances with existing partners.

Earlier in their career, Dr. Tintiuc served as the Deputy Manager of Global Marketing at TEIJIN PHARMA LIMITED, where they conducted global business development and marketing activities in Western and Eastern Europe, the Commonwealth of Independent States, Latin America, and the Middle East.

At WEX Pharmaceuticals Inc., Dr. Tintiuc held the position of Head of Business Development. Michael played a key role in developing the company's international business presence by working with pharmaceutical companies worldwide. Michael arranged a global deal with a major pharma company and managed alliances with European licensing partners.

Dr. Tintiuc began their career at Dragon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as a Senior Manager of International Marketing. In this role, they signed licensing agreements for Latin America, Eastern and Central Europe, and Southeast Asia, with a cumulative value exceeding US $500 million. Michael also served as the alliance manager for the Middle East and India.

Michael Tintiuc, MD MBA, earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Natural Sciences (Honours) from the University of Alaska Anchorage. Michael then pursued further studies at the State Medical and Pharmaceutical University of "N. Testemitsanu," where they obtained a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in Medical Education with a focus on General and Preventative Medicine. Additionally, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Marketing (Honours) from City University of Seattle.
