Molly Pero

Molly Pero has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2018 as an Energy Analyst at the Village of Endicott's Waste Water Treatment Plant. Molly later worked as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the State University of New York College of Environmental Sciences and Forestry, where they constructed and graded tests and assignments. In 2019, Molly joined Anne Glasgow Tutoring as a Microsoft Excel Tutoring Student. Molly also took on roles as an Orientation Leader and Senior Researcher at the State University of New York. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Sustainability/Facilities Engineering Intern at Huron Real Estate Assoc LLC, where they accomplished various tasks related to energy projects and environmental reporting. In 2021, Molly worked as a Sustainability Intern at Syracuse University and as a Program Specialist at Cascade Energy, Inc. At Cascade Energy, they managed a team and facilitated virtual check-ins with industrial customers. Molly's most recent work experience includes being a Strategic Energy Management Coach at Cascade Energy, Inc., where they oversee a team and conducts site visits to identify energy savings and carbon abatement opportunities for industrial customers.

Molly Pero pursued their education from 2017 to 2020 at the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sustainable Energy Management, with minors in Economics and Management. Their field of study revolved around Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency, and Grid/Transmission/Utilities.
