Exhilda Siame

Exhilda Siame has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on clinical administration and coordination. Exhilda served as the Director of SNF Clinical Services at Cassia - An Augustana | Elim Affiliation since 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Regional Nurse Consultant at Monarch Healthcare Management from 2017 to 2018. Exhilda also worked at Presbyterian Homes & Services for several years, where they held various positions, including Clinical Administrator, Clinical Coordinator, and Registered Nurse. Exhilda demonstrated strong leadership skills, overseeing clinical operations, building professional relationships, and implementing process improvements. Additionally, Exhilda has previous experience in journalism, serving as Chief Reporter for TIMES OF ZAMBIA/SUNDAY TIMES for over a decade.

Exhilda Siame has a diverse education history. In 1990-1991, they obtained a Diploma in Journalism from the Africa Literature Center. Exhilda later pursued an Associate Degree in Nursing from Minneapolis College from 2002-2004. In 2006-2008, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Nursing from Metro State University. Moving forward, from 2009-2011, they completed a Master of Science (MS) in Nursing and Health Care Systems Administration from the University of Minnesota. Continuing their education at the same institution, Exhilda Siame pursued a Fellowship in Policy Fellow, Humphrey Institute CSPG from 2012-2013. Lastly, they are currently enrolled in the University of Minnesota School of Public Health, pursuing an Executive Public Health and Policy degree from 2019-2023.
