Pearl Sau has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as Line Maintenance Training & Development Manager at Cathay Pacific since 2014, where responsibilities include training program development and management of the LM Maintenance Training Centre. Prior roles at Cathay Pacific include Operations Manager and various engineering positions focused on maintenance operations and planning. Pearl's earlier career at HAECO spanned from 2000 to 2014, where leadership included overseeing Cabin Transit Operations and technical services for cabin interiors. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Ohio University.
