Jennifer Hernandez has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Jennifer started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Asurion Insurance Services Inc in 2004, where they provided excellent customer service. Jennifer then worked as a Sales and Dispatch Manager at Exterior Solutions Inc from 2011 to 2014, where they managed sales and daily tasks. Additionally, Jennifer worked as a Computer Technical Specialist at Los Angeles Valley College from 2015 to 2017, assisting students with IT issues and navigation of computer programs. From 2018 to 2019, they served as a Basic Needs Coordinator at the Community Programs Office at UCLA, where they helped coordinate functions and meet students' personal needs. Jennifer also gained experience as a Human Resources Manager at Quality Paint Works from 2010 to 2020, and as a Healthcare Provider at IN-HOME SUPPORTIVE SERVICES Los Angeles County Public Health from 2016 to 2020. Currently, they are employed as a Customer Success/Account Manager at CEB - Continuing Education of the Bar, where they develop strong relationships with customers and identifies new business opportunities.

Jennifer Hernandez attended UCLA from 2017 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. Jennifer also pursued Chicana/Chicano Studies during their time at UCLA from 2019 to 2020. Prior to attending UCLA, they attended Los Angeles Valley College from 2014 to 2017 and earned an Associate of Arts degree in Sociology. In addition to their educational background, Jennifer Hernandez obtained certification as a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER in August 2022.
