Neil Leo

Neil Leo has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2009 with a Management Intern role at Boston Artificial Limb. In 2011, they worked as a Legal Clerk at Davis and Davis Law Firm. From 2013-2015, they were a Professional Services Recruiter at Aerotek. From 2015-2018, they held the roles of Senior Account Manager and Account Manager at Randstad USA. From 2018-2020, they were a Team Lead and API Account Manager at SmartBear. In 2020, they were a District Manager at ADP. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Success at Centage, where they manage the Customer Success team, leads from the front, and coaches the team in strategies to improve customer experience.

Neil Leo attended Bryant University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General. Neil is currently attending the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and is expected to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2023.
