Nidya Trimastuti

Nidya Trimastuti has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Nidya currently holds the position of VP Human Resources at Cermati.com since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at HSBC for eight years, where they held various roles including VP HR Performance & Reward, VP HR BRCM (Business Support), and AVP HR BRCM (Business Support). Before joining HSBC, they worked as an HR Compensation & Benefit Specialist at SNC-Lavalin from May 2013 to July 2014. Nidya also has experience working at PT Bank Ekonomi Raharja Tbk, where they held the positions of Manager HR RM, Manager HR Talent Management, and Assistant Manager Benefit & Administration. Nidya started their career at British American Tobacco as an HR Compensation & Benefit professional from July 2007 to December 2009.

Nidya Trimastuti completed their education in a chronological order. From 1996 to 2001, they studied at Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, where they obtained a degree in Sarjana Psikologi specializing in Psychology. Following this, between 2001 and 2003, Nidya attended Deakin University, where they pursued a Master of Commerce degree in the field of Commerce.
