Jeremy Wilmes, CFP®, CLU®, ChFC®, RICP®, CASL® has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Jeremy is currently working as a Regional Director and Senior Recruiter at Cetera Financial Group, where they help financial firms and professionals find suitable business platforms within the Cetera family of companies. Jeremy tailors business strategies based on the unique needs and goals of each firm or advisor. Prior to this, Jeremy worked at Truist as a BDS Premier Banking Channel Lead, overseeing life insurance distribution and implementing growth strategies. Jeremy also developed leadership and sales teams and executed various strategies. Before Truist, Jeremy held positions at Prudential Financial, where they worked as a Regional Director and Manager Financial Services. Jeremy collaborated with managing directors and regional officers on recruitment and training programs for advisors. Jeremy also assisted with large case design and implementation. Jeremy's work experience also includes roles at Allstate Financial Services, LLC, where they served as a Regional Financial Sales Director, a Financial Sales Manager, an Advanced Planning Consultant, and a Personal Financial Representative. Jeremy'sresponsibilities during this time included increasing profitability, leading sales teams, developing staffing plans, and providing financial planning services to clients. Prior to Allstate, Jeremy worked at First Hawaiian Bank as a Vice President and Wealth Advisor, overseeing all financial, trust, private banking, and AUM business in the Maui County branch channel. Jeremy also played a key role in the development of the Leadership Development Program for FHB leadership track. Jeremy began their career at New York Life Insurance Company as an Eagle Strategies Advisor. Throughout their career, Jeremy has received numerous awards and recognitions, including the 5 Star Wealth Advisor Award and the MDRT "Top of the Table" award.

Jeremy Wilmes, CFP®, CLU®, ChFC®, RICP®, CASL®, is an MBA candidate at Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management since 2019. Jeremy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, and Marketing from the University of Hawai'i System. Additionally, Jeremy has an Associate's degree in Communications from the same university. Jeremy has also obtained various certifications including CFP, CLU, ChFC, CASL, and RICP from The American College of Financial Services, as well as certifications in Agile Expert, CPR First Aid, AED, Secondary Care, Emergency Response Instructor, and others. Jeremy also holds licenses such as the Series 24, Series 51, Series 63, Series 65, and Series 7 from FINRA.
