Olivier Lemaitre

Olivier Lemaitre has an extensive work experience spanning several companies and industries. Olivier is currently the Regional Managing Director at Chaberton Professionals, an International Human Capital firm. In this role, they are responsible for providing high-quality human capital solutions globally.

Prior to their current position, Olivier held various leadership roles at different companies. Olivier served as an Executive Vice President and a Group Executive Committee member at ALTEN, where they supported customers' R&D and digital strategies. Before that, they were the Directeur Général Adecco France at Adecco, the leading employment agency network.

Olivier also has significant experience at PageGroup, where they held several executive positions. Olivier was the Head of Continental Europe and a PageGroup Executive Board Director, responsible for leading a large team across 13 countries and implementing business transformation strategies. Olivier also served as the Regional Managing Director for Central, Eastern, and Northern Europe at MPI Plc, a subsidiary of PageGroup.

Additionally, Olivier worked at Renault Poland as a Junior Controller early in their career. Throughout their various roles, Olivier has demonstrated a track record of driving business growth, improving profitability, and implementing successful strategies.

Olivier Lemaitre received a Master's degree in Finance & Economics from EBS Paris - European Business School in 1995. Olivier also pursued Executive Education programs at IMD in 2016, Harvard Business School in 2015, and School for CEO's in 2014, specializing in YPO - High Performance Leadership, Leading Global Business, and the "Vital Few" program, respectively.
