Jessica Lee

Jessica Lee has a diverse work experience. Jessica has held various HR roles in different industries, including Chart Industries, Inc., where they currently serve as the Vice President of Human Resources for APAC & India. Jessica'sresponsibilities include leading the HR team, driving HR initiatives, managing integrations, and collaborating with cross-functional leaders. Prior to this, they worked as a Regional HR Director for Cardinal Health and as the Head of HR for APAC at Harley-Davidson Motor Company. Jessica also has experience as a Senior Manager and HR Business Partner at BASF and as an HR Programs Manager at Allergan. In addition, Jessica has worked at Johnson & Johnson as an Associate HR Manager and at Creative Technology Ltd as the Head of Recruitment. Jessica began their career in the recruitment and marketing agency industry, where they gained experience in business development and client servicing.

Jessica Lee has a degree in Senior HR Professional - SP from IHRP. Jessica also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Admin - Marketing, 2nd Div 2 Honours from the University of Wales. Jessica has completed the Co-Active Coaching Fundamentals program from The Coaches Training Institute, as well as a Certificate of Achievement in the HR Leaders Program from the Human Capital Leadership Institute.
