Israa Alaa

Israa Alaa has a diverse work experience spanning across different companies and roles. Israa currently works as a Senior Strategy & Growth Associate at Chefaa. Prior to that, Israa was a Senior Strategic Partnerships Specialist at Classera, where they also held the role of Strategic Partnerships Specialist. Israa has experience in building and managing strategic partnerships. Before joining Classera, Israa worked as a Partnerships & Advocacy Associate at T20 Egypt, where they were involved in partnerships and advocacy work. Israa began their career as an Executive Assistant at Nananees Educational Organization. Israa's work experience showcases their expertise in strategy, partnerships, and advocacy.

Israa Alaa obtained their Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Ain Shams University from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications in different fields. In January 2019, they completed an HR Practical Diploma from The Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Egypt (CanCham). Later, in November 2020, they obtained a Digital Marketing Professional certification from Udacity. Most recently, in May 2023, they completed the Strategy Acumen Program offered by Chefaa.
