Lorie Helms

As CTO, Lorie leads the IT operations, Software Development, and Project Management, teams. She brings more than 20 years of experience in mortgage technology, as well as a passion for empowering her teams. She is a dedicated, collaborative leader with a strong background in leading multiple divisions and driving innovation in application development, IT operations, security, and data management.

Prior to joining Cherry Creek Mortgage, Lorie served in a Chief Technology role at Covius (formerly LenderLive), and also held executive technology roles at Stewart Lender Services (formerly Allonhill), and Avelo Mortgage (a Goldman Sachs company). She was named one of the 30 Most Powerful Women in FinTech by the Progress in Lending Association, and she was also a finalist for the Denver Business Journal's CIO of the Year.
