James Perkins has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. James started their career as a Lead Teacher at The Children's Center of Austin from 2007 to 2010. James then interned as a Human Resources Intern at EcoCarePro/ The Dream Tree in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Business Developer at Trinity Medical Consultants. From 2013 to 2014, they served as a Recruiting Manager at Therapy Staff, LLC, where they focused on contract and permanent placements in the healthcare industry. James joined Main Street Hub in 2014 and held roles as a Client Success Manager and a Talent Acquisition Specialist, overseeing recruiting activities and team expansion. In 2016, James Perkins joined Chive Media Group as a Human Resources Generalist and progressed to roles such as Human Resources Manager, Senior Human Resources Manager, Director of Human Resources, and currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources. Each role at Chive Media Group involved various responsibilities and contributed to the development and improvement of the company's payroll system and processes.
