Allie Jennings

Vice President, People & Culture at Chomps

Allie Jennings has held various roles in the Human Resources field since 2006. Allie began their career as an Outlets Manager and Human Resource Administrative Assistant at Hilton Worldwide in 2006. In 2013, they were promoted to Human Resources Coordinator at Hilton Worldwide, where they provided administrative and clerical support to the Director of HR. In 2014, they joined Perfect Snacks as Senior Director, People + Culture, where they were responsible for developing and recommending employee policies and procedures, implementing and updating the compensation program, and leading the recruitment effort. In 2022, they were appointed Vice President, People & Culture at Chomps.

Allie Jennings attended San Diego State University from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Allie then attended UCSD Extension from 2014 to 2015, where they earned a Certification in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Allie also attended UCSD College of Extended Studies from 2012 to 2015, where they earned a Certification in Human Resources Management.
