Hannah Lee

Hannah Lee has extensive experience in the field of human resources, with their most recent role being the Vice President of People & Culture at goHomePort. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Sierra Space, where they led various HR teams and implemented advanced HR strategies. Hannah also worked as the Chief Human Resources Officer at SRS Acquiom and as a Senior HR Business Partner at Empower. Hannah has experience in employee relations, leadership development, strategic planning, and performance management. Hannah has held positions at companies such as DaVita, Janus Capital Group, Sports Authority, Old Mutual Capital, and Pacific Alternative Asset Management Company, LLC.

Hannah Lee holds a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from the University of Colorado Denver, which they obtained from 2022 to 2025. Hannah also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Scripps College from 1999 to 2003, with a major in Phi Beta Kappa & Cum Laude. In addition, Hannah Lee has obtained certifications such as Crucial Conversations Certification from VitalSmarts in 2021 and Korn Ferry/Lominger 360 Certification from Korn Ferry in 2013.
