Heather Wiley

Heather Wiley is the current Chief People Officer at ChurnZero. Heather has previous experience as the Chief People Officer at Fugue, Inc. from November 2015 to January 2019. There, they were responsible for developing the Human Resources function, coaching and counseling the leadership team, creating the company's compensation structure, and redesigning the benefits program. Heather also implemented and managed HR technology, including the implementation of Namely as the HRIS, benefits system, and payroll system. In addition, they created an employee group to participate in the process of identifying and defining Fugue's culture.

Heather Wiley attended the University of Pittsburgh for their undergraduate degree and Texas A&M University Galveston Campus for their graduate degree.
