Molly Ahern

Molly Ahern (Rechis) is a seasoned executive talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Head of Executive Talent Acquisition for Banking, International, Client, Wealth & US Personal Bank at Citi since October 2023, Molly previously held the position of Director and Global Head of Executive Talent Acquisition for Investment Banking at Barclays from July 2018. Prior to these roles, experience includes leadership positions at Heidrick & Struggles and JPMorgan Chase & Co., where Molly developed and implemented strategic recruitment solutions across various divisions and built high-performing teams. Additionally, tenure at Bear Stearns and Egon Zehnder International provided foundational expertise in executive search within the financial services industry.
